StakePe is a technology-enabled real estate investment and value-creation platform focused on identifying, transforming, operating and monetizing real estate assets. The platform is operated by StakePe Defi Labs Private Limited.
The platform exists because a large share of Indian residential property is priced and held inefficiently: under-rented, poorly configured or undermanaged. Individual buyers rarely have the diligence capacity, capital structure or operating bandwidth to correct that. StakePe puts those capabilities in one place.
How the platform works
- How properties are identified
- Sourcing across target micromarkets, screened against rent benchmarks, configuration, condition and transaction comparables to isolate assets where a defined intervention can change performance.
- How properties are verified

- How transformation creates value
- Each asset carries a costed transformation plan — layout changes, renovation, repositioning to a stronger tenant profile — underwritten against the rent and resale evidence for that micromarket.
- How assets are operated
- Post-transformation, StakePe manages leasing, collections, maintenance and reporting, tracking net operating income against the underwriting through the hold period.
- How investors participate
- Each asset is acquired outright by a dedicated special purpose vehicle. Investors express interest in a live real estate investment opportunity and, once onboarded, hold fractional economic participation in that SPV rather than a direct claim on title.
- How value creation is generated
- Two sources: net rental income distributed during the operating phase, and pro-rata sale proceeds when the asset is exited. No return is promised, guaranteed or projected as an entitlement — outcomes depend on execution and market conditions.
