Legal entity
StakePe is the brand and platform operated by StakePe Defi Labs Private Limited, a private limited company incorporated in India. All agreements, invoices and settlements are executed in the name of StakePe Defi Labs Private Limited.
Nature of services
StakePe Defi Labs Private Limited is a technology-enabled residential real-estate value creation and transaction management company. It provides verification, valuation, listing, marketing and transaction coordination services. It is not a property developer, builder or guarantor of any transaction outcome.
Ownership
Properties are acquired outright by special purpose vehicles structured by StakePe; investors hold fractional economic participation in those vehicles and never a direct claim on title.
Agreements and financial arrangements
Exclusive selling agreements, verification charges, agreement charges, documentation fees, settlement mechanics and any deposit arrangements are subject to applicable laws, regulatory requirements and separately executed legal documentation.
Verification outcomes
Verification badges, risk scores, AI valuations, investment scores and liquidity scores are analytical opinions generated from available data. They are advisory, do not constitute legal or investment advice, and must not be relied upon as a substitute for independent professional diligence.
Data and privacy
KYC documents and property records are stored with encryption and access logging. Access is restricted by role, and all verification and transaction events are recorded in an audit trail.
